You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on ug138. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. ug138 will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
ug138 is operated primarily for players resident in Indonesia. You represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing and using the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
You must be of sound mind and not under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing any wager. ug138 is not responsible for wagers placed while impaired.
Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of ug138 and its affiliated entities are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotions.
To use the full features of ug138, you must register an Account by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that this information remains accurate and current.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ug138 at any time. The operation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name — is strictly prohibited. Any suspected duplicate accounts will be investigated, and ug138 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ug138 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ug138 support immediately at [email protected]. ug138 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain credential security.
ug138 may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: national identification (KTP), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary Account restriction until verification is complete.
ug138 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ug138 does not accept cryptocurrency transactions.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. ug138 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Player Balance within minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours. Delays attributable to third-party bank systems, national holidays, or system maintenance are outside ug138's control. ug138 is not responsible for deposit delays caused by the remitting financial institution.
Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in-first-out basis. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, Monday–Friday) are generally processed within the applicable processing window. Withdrawals to e-wallet accounts (OVO, DANA, GoPay) may be processed outside standard banking hours subject to platform capacity.
All funds deposited into your Player Balance must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made using bank accounts or e-wallets belonging to another person — are prohibited. Any suspected third-party deposits may be held pending investigation and may result in Account suspension.
All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ug138 does not maintain foreign currency balances. Any currency conversion costs arising from a player's personal banking arrangement are the player's sole responsibility.
All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards offered by ug138 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion. These promotion-specific terms (including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods) take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.
Bonus Funds credited to your account must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10× wagering requirement means that if you receive a Rp 100.000 bonus, you must place total wagers of at least Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus-derived balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, applicable games, and minimum odds will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
ug138 reserves the right to void bonus awards and withhold associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has engaged in: bonus abuse (exploiting promotional terms beyond their intended purpose), arbitrage betting (placing opposing wagers to guarantee a risk-free outcome using bonus funds), multi-accounting (registering multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses), or collusion. ug138's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.
ug138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is amended after a player has already opted in, ug138 will honor the terms applicable at the time of opt-in where reasonably practicable.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ug138 and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:
ug138 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct. During any investigation, the relevant Account may be suspended and access to funds temporarily restricted pending resolution.
All content on the ug138 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of ug138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ug138.
Game titles and studio names — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. ug138 operates these games under valid licensing arrangements with each studio.
ug138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ug138 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data in transit and at rest. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where disclosure is legally required.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and third-party infrastructure failures may result in temporary unavailability. ug138 will not be liable for any losses — including missed betting opportunities or unsettled wagers — arising from Platform downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ug138's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in that player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
ug138 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform — even if ug138 has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
ug138 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond ug138's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, power failures, or telecommunications network failures.
You accept full responsibility for all wagers placed from your Account. Wagering decisions are made solely at your own risk. ug138 provides odds and game results in good faith; any error in odds or payout calculations that is identified after settlement will be corrected, and ug138's recalculated settlement will be final.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ug138 support. Upon receiving a valid Account closure request, ug138 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal balance to your registered payment account after completing any applicable KYC checks. Account closure does not release you from obligations incurred prior to closure, including any outstanding Wagering Requirements on bonus balances.
ug138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice where ug138 determines, in its sole discretion, that:
Where an Account is terminated for cause, ug138 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately established, the verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operations. ug138 is licensed and regulated under applicable international gaming jurisdictions. Where disputes cannot be resolved through ug138's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent that those rights cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by contract.
ug138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ug138 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect. The current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://ug138.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1.
